The mining concession named Pativilca de Oro with code 010101720 owned by the company S.M.R.L. Pativilca de Oro, is located in the district of Pativilca, province of Barranca, department of Lima. Geologically it is located in the VIII metallogenic strip associated with Fe-Cu-Au deposits of the IOCG (Iron Oxide Copper and Gold ore deposits) type from the Lower Cretaceous.
Within the mining property, it was possible to identify two important vein structures, with more than 1.5km of recognized structures divided into two main structures, the San Mateo vein being the most important because it contains the most important results in gold.
The San Mateo vein presents mineralization characteristics and favorable grades for small-scale mining activity, having more than 100 meters of outcrop and 200 meters of flare from the access road.
